A. Ordering Refills online is quite simple.

• Fill out the Refill form and click the "Submit Refill” button to place the Refill order.

*NOTE: Save on shipping fees…add new prescription orders to a refill order. Simply indicate which new prescriptions you wish to order on the refill form – make sure you indicate they are New Prescriptions. Then print off a Fax Cover Sheet. Please fill out the Fax Cover Sheet and fax it, along with your new prescription(s), to us at the following number:
